I work for Jostens Inc. as a Systems Engineering Manager overseeing our corporate systems administration team which works as the network operations center and working directly with developers on system and web migrations. I am also the primary owner of our SCOM infrastructure responsible for updates, enhancements, research, etc. into improving the overall monitoring environment and develop proactive approaches to monitoring different situations. I work closely with our SCCM engineer as needed for troubleshooting situations involving the server infrastructure and architecture.
