Sherry and Garth will demonstrate the decision tree they use when determining whether to use a Baseline/Configuration Item vs other methods. This session will focus on creating and deploying a Baseline/Configuration Item from inception to leveraging it to remediate issues.

  • Create a Configuration Item, from simple to complex
