Session Description:
One of the best uses of native classes in PowerShell 5 isn't for scripts, it's for creating useful custom toolsets for administrators to use on the command line. We will walk through the creation of native PowerShell .Net classes that simplify the administration of our servers.

What you will learn:
  • How to create .Net classes and enumerations natively in PowerShell 5 and up
  • Create .Net classes to represent servers and branch offices resulting in an easy to use command-line interface to the actual servers
  • Previous familiarity with .Net classes helpful but not required for this session
