Session Description:
Sam and Lee will discuss and show the latest approach to IT Service Management. This will include demonstrations of real-world application from process engineering to actual implementation using Microsoft and 3rd Party ITSM products on cloud platforms. In this session we will share how ITSM has evolved to match the cloud adoption acceleration, how Microsoft products like SCSM 2016 and non-MS products work together on cloud platforms. We'll discuss how to map real processes to survive - and some tooling to make everything work to the needs of your business and customers
